What can we do to prioritize and support the mental health of children and teens in our community?

To prioritize and support the mental health of children and teens in our community, we can promote open dialogue about mental health, educate ourselves on the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues, provide access to resources and support services, foster a supportive and inclusive environment, advocate for mental health policies and initiatives, and prioritize self-care and well-being for ourselves as caregivers and role models. By working together, we can create a community that values and prioritizes the mental health of our young generation.
